01. Information We Collect

When you interact with CleverHumanizer.pro, we may collect the following categories of information depending on your level of platform engagement:

• Account Credentials: If you register, we collect your verified email address, full name, and encrypted authentication tokens handled securely by Supabase.
• Billing Information: All subscription charges and word purchases are processed directly by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1). CleverHumanizer never receives, stores, or logs your credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
• Fair-Use Telemetry: To enforce trial word allowances (such as the 300 free trial words) and prevent denial-of-service abuse, we compute transient cryptographic hashes of client IP addresses and hardware System IDs. This data is never sold or used for cross-site profiling.
• Cookies & Local Storage: We use essential cookies for user authentication, session security, UI theme preferences, and optional analytical cookies (only when explicitly consented to via our Cookie Banner).

• Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR): Request immediate permanent deletion of your account and related telemetry.
• Right to Restrict Processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Limit how we process your information in certain contested circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR): Receive your historical transformations in structured JSON format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke analytical and marketing cookies at any time via the Cookie Preferences link.

05. Data Retention & Security Standards

We enforce automated retention lifecycles:

• Text Input & Output: Deleted from GPU cache immediately upon completion of the inference streaming response.
• History Archive: If you are a registered user, your transformation history is saved to your private encrypted dashboard until you choose to click "Delete" or purge history.
• Security Protocols: All communication between your client and our edge servers is encrypted via TLS 1.3 with Perfect Forward Secrecy. Database archives are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
